Well done to all our students who competed in the Track and Field Mini Meet.

A team of more than 50 students from Years 7-9 joined students from international schools from across Hong Kong for the event at Ma On Shan Stadium.

They took part in a variety of track events including 100m, 200, 400, 1500, long jump and high jump.

It was an excellent event, and as a school which focuses on participation, it was especially pleasing to see so many of our students taking part.

This is down to a belief that sport is about growth and development for all our students and not just a small minority of those who are the best or for those who already have an inclination towards it.

We aim to introduce players of all ages to the joys of representing the school in competitive sport.

The mini meet is a qualifying event for the forthcoming ISSFHK championships and a team from ICHK will be taking part.
