Year 8 students have been mastering cycling skills and learning about road safety.

They have been practising biking around the school grounds as part of a special sporting unit in PE.

After learning the basic skills of bike control and handling, signals and safety rules, they will complete a proficiency test at school.

Those who successfully complete it will be approved to take part in a guided cycle through the neighbouring Luk Keng.

The nearby coastline offers wonderful opportunities for outdoor exercises like these, and students gain valuable life skills as a result.
