Year 7 students have begun their introduction to outdoor education at ICHK.

They are taking part in a ‘Welcome to ICHK Outdoors’ programme, providing them with opportunities to enjoy the beautiful, local environment.

This week, students will venture to nearby Ping Nam stream and support each other as they hike to a beautiful waterfall. They will learn how to play safely, while taking an inquisitive mind to the outdoor setting that will be part of their regular school life for the next few years.

Our innovative outdoor education programme has been firmly established as one of the central pillars of our school and all activities are specially planned to help students develop the key skills of confidence and resilience which are central to our approaches.
