Research shows that the way you start the morning can affect your whole day.

With this in mind, we have been running fun weekly quizzes every Wednesday morning for students.

The aim is for them to start the day in a fun manner and develop a positive mindset.

The online quizzes, which are open to all students and staff, are being run during Curriculum X time.

Scores of students, and staff members have been attending.
