ICHK Secondary first opened its doors to students in 2009, marking the realisation of a dream by its three partner primary schools.

For the previous two years, Year 7 classes had been run from our partner primary ICHK Hong Lok Yuen.

Preparations to open the school in time for the new term were hit by mother nature, with two typhoons causing damage to the school and blocking off access.

But the sun was shining for the official opening, which was held at school on Wednesday 28 October, attended by governors, the heads of our partner schools, staff, students and other invited guests.
