ICHK to Host HKOLA Conference

ICHK is pleased to be providing the venue for the annual conference of the Hong Kong Outdoor Learning Association (HKOLA).

The event, which will be held at the end of January, brings together outdoor educators, teachers and outdoor learning organisations from across Hong Kong to celebrate and promote the importance of outdoor learning.

The HKOLA conference serves as a platform for sharing innovative ideas, best practices, and research related to outdoor education. It offers a unique opportunity for attendees to engage in thought-provoking discussions, attend insightful workshops, and participate in hands-on activities that showcase the transformative power of outdoor learning.

ICHK takes pride in being at the forefront of outdoor education in Hong Kong. Our school has long recognised the tremendous benefits that outdoor learning brings to our students' holistic development. It fosters creativity, resilience, teamwork, and a deep connection to the natural world.

Head of Outdoor Learning Dave Addis will be presenting on strategies for building a resilient, professional and safe outdoor learning sector, and Head of School Toby Newton, will give his perspective on the role of outdoor learning in an AI world.

Being a part of the HKOLA conference allows us to share our expertise and collaborate with like-minded educators who are passionate about providing transformative outdoor learning experiences.
