Wonderful murals inspired by Hakka History days have been displayed at school.
Year 7s created a series of murals after their outdoor learning days, where they spent time building up their own small Hakka community.
They learnt about what it was like to be one of the first Hakka settlers, built shelters together, practiced bushcraft skills and cooked their own food.
As part of the experience they created their own murals, including elements that were important to them - such as the natural setting, friends and their history.
The murals have been displayed on the school court.
