ICHK is celebrating winning the Grand Champions touch rugby title for the second year running and for the fifth time in our school's history.

We took the title at the HK Schools Touch Championships at King’s Park.

It is a tremendous achievement and everyone who took part is to be congratulated for the part they played.

More than 500 students from 12 schools took part in the event, with 41 teams and 102 games played.

ICHK won first place in U20 Boys and U16 Boys, second place in U14 Girls, third place in U14 Boys and fourth place in U20 Girls. Altogether these teams combined into a winning points total to win the overall grand champion.

The tournament was hosted by ICHK and CDNIS. It has gone from strength to strength over the years and ICHK has developed a strong tradition of success. Our touch rugby programme helps students develop leadership skills, deal with challenge, develop grit and perseverance and the pride that is associated with playing for the school.

A big thank you to the ICHK staff for working with our teams, our team captains, players and our volunteer marshals and photographers.

Most of all who thank all the players who took part. Every single one of them contributed to the success of the day.
