Students have been representing the school in a maths contest.

Over the past few months, students have been completing a series of ASMA contests to improve their mathematical problem solving skills.

Two teams were selected to join Dragon Maths 2024, which was hosted by Harrow International School and was the first inter-school competition we have attended since the pandemic.

Students worked in teams of four to compete in each of the Year 8 and 9 levels, and their high level of energy was palpable during the event. The two ICHK teams achieved high scores, in a testament to their hard work.

It was a great opportunity for everyone to work and learn from each other while making connections with other young mathematicians. We look forward to similar opportunities in the future taking learning beyond the classroom.
