Well done to the ICHK students who took part in the schools cross country mini-meet.

A total of 22 students took part in the event, representing the school in the U12/14 and U16/20 boys and girls age groups.

It was an excellent race and as a school which focuses on participation, it was especially pleasing that ICHK had more entrants than any of the other schools involved.

This is down to a belief that sport is about growth and development for all our students and not just a small minority of those who are the best or for those who already have an inclination towards it.

We aim to introduce players of all ages to the joys of representing the school in competitive sport.

Congratulations to all our runners and we wish them well as they prepare for the ISSFHK Cross Country Championships.
