Spanish Gastronomic Tour
Spanish students have taken part in a language immersive culinary experience.
Senior school students visited Aire restaurant in Causeway Bay, where they enjoyed a special degustation menu and a lecture from Culinary Director Chef Edgar Sanuy.
They had the opportunity to taste 14 different dishes, featuring flavours from all over Spain, from black paella, to Iberico croquetas, or Galician octopus.
During the visit they also interacted with Executive chef Pere Moreno. The students spoke only Spanish to the staff, teachers and to each other during the day.
The excursion served as good practice for their forthcoming oral exams, and was also an opportunity for graduating students to enjoy a farewell meal together.
