Well done to the ICHK students who competed in the ISSFHK Cross Country Championships.

This was ICHK’s first appearance at the Championships which were held in the beautiful environs of the Tai Lam Country Park.

A total of 20 students took part in the event, representing the school from U12 to U16.

The runners had been training well, both in and out of school, and they joined 880 competitors from 26 international school schools including West Island, Kellett and Harrow.

Congratulations to all our runners for posting some fantastic times, many of them personal records.
