A work-skills programme for 18-25 year olds with diverse learning needs.

ICHK Secondary is launching a three-year programme to prepare neurodivergent young people for adulthood and the world of work.
Summits will be a non-profit learning space and social enterprise located in the heart of Central, from September 2026.
Inspired by the school’s inclusive and innovative philosophy and practices, the programme has been specially designed to bridge the gap between education and adulthood, empowering participants with the tools they need to thrive in the professional world and achieve personal autonomy.
Vocational training will be integrated with holistic life skills and a unique curriculum will include site-based theory and real-world application.
Participants will benefit from:
Practical Exposure: Job observations and a mix of supported and unsupported internships.
Dedicated Guidance: One-on-one mentoring and job coaching to navigate workplace nuances.
Social Growth: Targeted social skills training to foster meaningful connections with peers.

Admissions & Eligibility : We are looking for motivated young people ready to take the next step toward independence. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
Profile: Neurodivergent young adults (18–25).
Capabilities: Possess basic self-care skills, the ability to engage constructively in a group setting, and the capacity to commute independently.
Stability: Demonstrate the emotional and behavioural stability required for a workplace environment.
