Earth Hour has been honoured at school, with the power dimmed as a symbol of our commitment to the planet.
Computers and lights were switched off, as children were educated about the importance of saving energy, and the impacts of actions on the world.
Year 6 students took inspiration from exhibition topics to educate younger students about Earth Hour and how energy can be saved.
Teachers held classes outside, with a variety of activities and lessons planned in our beautiful campus.
Earth Hour is a worldwide movement, which shows every one how they can be heroes for our planet. It is organised by WWF and is marked every year by organisations and individuals across the world.
Students and staff alike were proud to play their part today in helping our planet.
