A fantastic ‘Guilin Adventure’ was enjoyed by students as part of our pioneering Deep Learning programme.

A group travelled to the scenic Chinese region which is famed for its dramatic landscapes and idyllic countryside.

They enjoyed trekking, biking, climbing and abseiling as part of a Deep Learning unit, developing essential life skills and building resilience in the process.

The students figured out solutions to tasks and problems, worked together to complete objectives, and supported one another – developing the critical skills of collaboration, problem solving and decision-making.

They were guided by our Experiential Educators David Addis and Joanna Li and Director of Out of Class and Experiential Educator Doug Kidd.
