Microsoft PowerPoint is like keynote. In PowerPoint you can chose a theme that you want and the font you want. If you were to click on PowerPoint you can view your history and you can click on it and edit it if you want to. Plus there are more and better themes in PowerPoint then in Keynote. It is basically meant for Presentations.
