A Macbook Pro
A MacBook Pro is a advanced, quick and high quality laptop created by Apple Inc. It is basically a macbook but it works quicker, is more lighter with it's unibody made of aluminium, it is more advanced and its colour scheme is more futuristic, being silver with a black keyboard with an option to have keyboard lights.The macbook pro itself is made out of aluminum because it is light and thin.[1] The Macbook Pro is more advanced, but it has less outlets on the side for things like thumb drives, headphones and SD cards.
What is a Macbook Pro?
A MacBook Pro runs on Mac OS X (like all other MacBook's), there are 3 different sizes for the MacBook Pro, 13 inch, 15 inch and 17 inch. All 3 types of MacBook Pro has a shell that is made out of aluminum metal. Now the MacBook Pro runs on a new operating system "Lion" instead of "Snow Leopard". So, the MacBook Pro keyboard made for the Mac OS X Lion is a little different from MacBook Pro that is made for "snow leopard". A MacBook Pro 13 inch has ports for you to plug-in 2 USB (3 USB Ports in 17 inch Macbook Pro), 1 SD card, 1 audio line out, 1 disc, 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 1 mini display port, 1 MagSafe power port[2]. 15 and 17 inch Macbook pro also has a audio line in.[3][4] The Macbook Pro also has lights on the side of the main casing used to check battery status on sleep, represented in 1 light (minimum), to 8 lights (maximum). This function is also built in older models of the MacBook, but is put underneath the computer(on the removable battery)and only has 5 lights.
