What is a Macbook?
The Macbook[1] is a slim, white, high-quality laptop. It is a product of Apple Inc.[2]It has a lot of functions and is different to other kinds of laptops because the functions and applications are for different purposes. It is also different from other laptops because there are some applications that can only be found on a MacBook. One reason, that it is different from other Laptops is that it has got a Magic Trackpad, which is the first multi touch trackpad made by Apple. The MacBook is the best selling laptop of any brand in the United States, as well as the best selling Macintosh in history. It was first introduced in May 16, 2006 and had it replaced the iBook. The MacBook is useful and efficient because it has a long lasting battery as well as multi touch.

To open an application you can just click on it. If you want to quit an application, just right-click on that app, and chose 'Quit'. If it is not in your dock just go to Spotlight, which is the magnifying glass icon on the top right hand corner that helps you search for your applications.
The Finder is a useful function to the Mac. It keeps all your documents on there. You can find anything on your Mac using the finder. The dashboard is where you have widgets for you to use.
