The iPod is a type of portable music player which a person can listen to whilst doing other different things. It come's in different sizes and types so for example, if you want to go jogging while listen to music, maybe the iPod Shuffle might be useful; it is small, very light and you can clip it on your clothes.

iPod Classic
The IPod Classic is the first IPod in history. The IPod classic opened the door to Apple's music players. It has a variety of colours, therefore making it a big success. You can even watch Movies on the IPod Classic!!
iPod Shuffle
iPod Shuffle is really small and it does not have a screen. The best thing about an iPod shuffle is, that you can clip it on your clothes, so while you are doing stuff like P.E, then you can clip it on your clothes, and listen to music peacefully. People usually run with it and some people say that it could make you run faster .
iPod Nano
iPod Nano, is really very small in Size, and it is Touchscreen. You can view pictures in it and you can run with and keep it in your picture or hold it. You can listen music while you run. There are some apps that you can download that could estimate how long you run , how many calories you burnt...... There are a lot more funny things such as making ipod nano as your watch by opening the clock app and attach the strings on it.
iPod touch
Basically an iPhone without the phone functions.
An ipod touch is the next level up from an ipod. Some of the extra functions are internet access, apps, maps, face time and email. It has got a Touch Screen, you can even send messages to each other through e-mail or application like Skype. It is really a iphone but you can not call anyone or SMS anybody unless you use e-mail or other software.
