ICHK – The Write Words!
Congratulations to our talented wordsmiths who dug deep into their creative reserves to produce some exotic, colorful, exciting pieces centred on this year’s theme “The Silk Road”. A range of poems and short stories are being submitted to the Hong Kong Young Writers’ Award 2011. This year’s picks are from Samantha Yu (Y7), Maddy Roussos , Selene Lee , Casper Buijs, Lewis Bunce (Y9), Coco Tin, James Hurley, Emma van Mierlo, Rohith Ravi, Queenie Hon (Y10).
Winners will be announced shortly and successful writers will have their work published in an anthology with an awards ceremony held in April. Last year, Oscar Olesen and Samantha Yu were successfully published in this anthology. Please have a look at our entries and enjoy the journey along the Silk Road!
